Jay Maningo-Salinas holds a PhD and currently serves as the Vice Chair of Research Administration at Mayo Clinic. His career includes significant leadership positions in healthcare. Prior to his role at Mayo Clinic, he was the Director of Blood and Marrow Transplant at Northside Hospital. He also served as the Administrative Director for the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
