Joséphine Kant serves as the Head of Ventures for Sovereign AI at the UK Government. In this role, she focuses on strategic investments and initiatives related to sovereign AI capabilities.

Prior to her current position, Kant co-founded Dogwood Ventures, where she served as a Principal. Her career also includes operational experience at Siphox Health and a tenure at Google. She has also held finance and risk-focused roles at Ceb (now Gartner) and Thomson Reuters.
