Biography

Jim Caron is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the Portfolio Solutions Group at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2006, bringing extensive experience from a career in the investment industry that began in 1992.

Prior to his current role, Caron served as Co-Lead Global Portfolio Manager and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Global Balanced Risk Control Team. Before that, he was a portfolio manager and head of global macro strategies on the Fixed Income Team.
