Dr. Jill Birch is a strategic leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and author of 'The Compassion Advantage'. She currently serves as the National Director, Leadership & Strategy at Phelps and as Director, Leadership and Strategy Development at Pekarsky & Co. Additionally, she is a Course Instructor at Trent University.

Dr. Birch is the Founder and CEO of BirchGrove Inc. Her professional experience includes a previous role as CEO at the Canadian Art Foundation from June 2014 to December 2016.
