Jill Naomi Tokuda is an American politician and business owner currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, she is one of three Japanese Americans in the House of Representatives. Prior to her federal service, Tokuda represented the 24th district in the Hawaiʻi Senate from 2006 to 2018.
During her tenure in the Hawaiʻi State Senate, Tokuda held significant leadership positions, including Majority Whip.
