Jiaying Meng serves as an AI readiness consultant at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). In this role, she focuses on preparing for and implementing artificial intelligence strategies.

Prior to her current position, Meng was a junior programme officer at the International Telecommunication Union. She also held the role of director of event department at the Geneva Impact Investing Association.
