Paul Harvey is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Autonomy at the University of Glasgow. His work extends to international collaborations, where he holds key positions at the International Telecommunication Union. He serves as the Vice-Chair for the Focus Group on AI-Native Networks and is the Architecture Working Group Co-Chair for the Focus Group on Autonomous Networks (FGAN).

Prior to his current academic role, Harvey held significant research positions in the technology sector.
