Jess Lee is a Partner at Sequoia Capital, joining the firm in 2016. In this role, she focuses on partnering with and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. She is also a co-founder of All Raise, established in 2017.
Prior to her venture capital career, Lee co-founded Polyvore in March 2008 and served as its CEO until November 2016. During her tenure, she helped build a team and culture that led Polyvore to be rated one of the top 20 workplaces in tech.
