Jessica Dandridge-Smith serves as the Executive Director of The Water Collaborative, where her work centers on urban water management to ensure the sustainability and thriving of Southeast Louisiana with water. She is recognized for her expertise in Water Justice, Trauma Informed Policy Making, Community Engagement, and as a Climate Educator.

With over 15 years of experience, Jessica has contributed to urban and rural community engagement, education, and nonprofit development.
