Jess Ralston serves as the Head of Energy for the Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit (ECIU), where she contributes to independent analysis. The ECIU is a not-for-profit organization, and her work covers areas such as power and grid, homes and heating, and industry.

Prior to her current role, Ralston was a Policy Advisor at the Sustainable Energy Association. She also held a position as a Policy and Commercial Analyst at Ecuity.
