Biography

Jerry M. Chow is a physicist who conducts research in quantum information processing. He serves as the CTO of Quantum-Centric Supercomputing at IBM and manages the Experimental Quantum Computing group at the IBM Thomas J.

Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York, a position he has held since 2014. He is also the primary investigator for the IBM team involved in the IARPA Multi-Qubit Coherent Operations and Logical Qubits programs.
