Biography

Jennifer Rubio is an American businesswoman, best known as the co-founder, executive chair, and former chief executive officer of Away, a direct-to-consumer travel and luggage company. She co-founded Away with Stephanie Korey in 2015. Rubio served as the company's CEO from 2021 to 2025 before transitioning to her current role as executive chair.

Prior to co-founding Away, Rubio held significant roles in the retail and fashion industries.
