Jenny Johnson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Templeton, a global investment management organization. She joined the firm in 1988, which was founded in 1947 by her grandfather, Rupert H. Johnson Sr. Her father, Charles B. Johnson, also served as CEO of Franklin Resources. Johnson is a third-generation member of the family to manage the company.
Johnson held various leadership roles across all major divisions of Franklin Templeton over three decades.
