Biography

Jennifer Chapman, Baroness Chapman of Darlington, is a British politician and life peer. She served as Minister of State for International Development, Latin America and Caribbean from February 2025 to July 2026, and as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Latin America and Caribbean from 2024 to 2025. A member of the Labour Party, she was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Darlington from 2010 to 2019.
