Jennifer Richards serves as the CEO of Asia Pacific for Aon and is a member of the Aon Executive Committee. In this role, she leads the strategic direction of Aon’s business across the Asia Pacific region. Her responsibilities include fostering client relationships and implementing the company’s 3x3 Plan to accelerate growth and capabilities, specifically across Risk Capital and Human Capital.

Richards brings over 25 years of experience from both the legal and insurance industries.
