Jennifer Mary Horn is an American politician known for her involvement in New Hampshire politics and national political activism. She was a two-time challenger for New Hampshire's 2nd congressional district, winning the Republican nomination in 2008 and becoming the first woman nominated by the Republican Party in the state. Horn later served as chair of the New Hampshire Republican State Committee and is a co-founder of The Lincoln Project.
