Jennifer Ann Abruzzo is an American attorney and former government official who served as General Counsel at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) from 2021 to 2025. She was nominated to the NLRB by President Joe Biden on February 17, 2021, after which she was confirmed by the Senate in a 51-50 vote, with Vice President Kamala Harris breaking the tie. She is the second woman to ever serve as NLRB General Counsel.
