Jeffrey Solomon is the Special Advisor and Vice Chair of TD Bank U.S. In this role, he collaborates with colleagues to build the organization by serving clients and communities.
Prior to joining TD Bank in March 2023, Solomon was the CEO of Cowen Inc., a multinational investment bank. He spent over 30 years at the same firm, initially at Ramius and then at Cowen following a business combination in 2009.
