Jeffrey Craig Sprecher is an American businessman recognized as the founder, chairman, and CEO of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and chairman of the New York Stock Exchange. Born on February 23, 1955, Sprecher earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1978 and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1984.
Sprecher's career began at Trane, followed by a role at Western Power Group in 1983.
