Jeff Sebo is an Associate Professor of Environmental Studies at New York University (NYU). He also serves as an Affiliated Professor of Bioethics, Medical Ethics, Philosophy, and Law at NYU. Sebo directs both the Center for Environmental and Animal Protection and the Center for Mind, Ethics, and Policy, and is the Co-Director of the Wild Animal Welfare Program at NYU.
His research focuses on the sentience and the moral, legal, and political status of animals and AIs.
