Jeff Clune is an American computer scientist and researcher recognized for his work in artificial intelligence and deep learning. He currently holds positions as a Professor of Computer Science at the University of British Columbia and as a Canada CIFAR AI Chair and Faculty Member at the Vector Institute. Additionally, he works as a researcher at Google Deepmind. Clune previously contributed to OpenAI and Uber, and he is a co-founder of Recursive.
