Jeanne Gang is an American architect and the founder and leader of Studio Gang, an architecture and urban design practice with offices in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Paris. She is widely recognized for designing prominent apartment towers, including the Aqua Tower, which was the tallest building in the world designed by a woman at the time of its completion. Her work also includes the St. Regis Chicago, which later surpassed the Aqua Tower in height.
