Jeanne Allen is the Founder and CEO of CER, where she has dedicated over three decades to restoring excellence in education and building a movement around it. Through CER, she has collaborated with policymakers and educators to advance laws and ideas that empower families and create opportunities for students, significantly contributing to the modern education choice movement.

In 2021, alongside Janine and Jeff Yass, Allen co-launched the Yass Prize.
