Jeanine Ferris Pirro is the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, a position she has held since May 2025. Prior to this appointment, Pirro built a distinguished legal career in New York. She was elected as a judge of the Westchester County Court in 1990, and in 1993, she became the Westchester County District Attorney, making her the first woman to be elected to both positions.
