Biography

Jean E. Rhodes is an American psychologist and author, currently serving as the Frank L. Boyden Professor of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, a position she has held since 2000.

She also directs the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at UMass Boston, a role she assumed in 2012. In 2023, she co-founded MentorPRO, a technology platform designed to enhance the effectiveness of mentoring relationships. Rhodes also founded The Chronicle of Evidence-Based Mentoring in 2000.
