Jay Ripley serves as the Head of Investments and Deputy Managing Partner at GEM, a firm dedicated to providing institutional investment solutions for long-term investors. Founded in 2007, GEM operates as one of the industry's first OCIOs, managing over $12 billion in assets for endowments, foundations, families, private clients, and other long-term investors. In his role, Ripley leads an integrated investment team that covers public, private, and impact investing.
