Biography

Jay Jacobs, CFA, serves as the U.S. Head of Equity ETFs at BlackRock. In this role, he is responsible for the overall product strategy, client engagement, and thought leadership across the firm’s substantial $3 trillion index and active equity, digital assets, and alternatives ETF business.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Jacobs founded and led the research and strategy team at Global X ETFs.
