Jay Coen Gilbert is a serial entrepreneur and advocate for economic system change and racial justice. He is widely recognized as a cofounder of B Lab, an organization he helped establish in June 2006, which is responsible for creating the B Corporation movement. He served in this role until January 2020.

Prior to his work with B Lab, Gilbert cofounded AND 1, a basketball footwear and apparel company, where he worked from May 1993 to May 2005.
