Biography

Jaume Collboni Cuadrado, born on September 5, 1969, is a Spanish politician and a lawyer by profession. He currently serves as the Mayor of Barcelona, a role he commenced on June 17, 2023. His political career is primarily associated with the Party of the Socialists of Catalonia (PSC).

Collboni's career began with syndical activism, joining the Association of Young Students of Catalonia (AJEC) and serving as its general secretary from 1992 to 1995.
