I am the Chief Constable at Thames Valley Police.

My career in policing started in 1995 at Cleveland Police before transferring to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary in 2001. I have spent most of my career working in investigative roles, serving as a Detective in every rank. I have also worked with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office working overseas in Iraq.
