Biography

Jason Hickel is an ICREA Professor at the Institute for Environmental Science & Technology (ICTA) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and a Distinguished Researcher at the Department of Political Science & Public Law. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Swazi economic anthropologist.

As a political economist and author, Jason Hickel's research centers on global inequality and ecological economics.
