Jan Philipp Albrecht serves as the President of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung, a position he has held since June 2022. Prior to this, he spent four years as Minister for Energiewende, Agriculture, Environment, Nature, and Digitalization for the state of Schleswig-Holstein. He also served nine years as a Member of the European Parliament, entering in 2009 as the youngest German member.
