Jano Gibson is an award-winning journalist based in Australia. He currently serves as a Reporter for ABC News Hobart and has been with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since 2009.

Prior to his role at ABC, Gibson worked at the Sydney Morning Herald. In 2019, he was awarded a Churchill Fellowship, which he used to research the application of virtual reality, augmented reality, and 360-degree videos in journalism across Europe and the US.
