Janet Evans serves as the Chief Athlete Officer at the LA2028 Olympic and Paralympic Organizing Committee. In this role, she works across all functional areas to ensure athletes have a voice in the planning of the LA2028 Games.

Evans is a former American competition swimmer and a three-time Olympian, having competed in 1988, 1992, and 1996. She specialized in swimming and represented Stanford University from 1989 to 1992.
