Jan-Oliver Sell is the CEO of Qivalis, an independent company backed by 37 European banks, where he leads the development of a fully regulated, 1:1-backed euro stablecoin under MiCA. His work at Qivalis aims to make digital money trustworthy and integrate the euro into on-chain finance.

Prior to Qivalis, Sell was the second hire at Coinbase Germany, where he contributed to growing the team from 2 to 35 people and achieving multi-digit millions in annual revenue.
