Biography

James M. Murray is an American former law enforcement officer and attorney. He served as the 26th director of the United States Secret Service from May 1, 2019, to September 17, 2022. Prior to this, Murray had a distinguished career within the Secret Service, which he joined in 1995.

During his tenure with the Secret Service, Murray held numerous key positions.
