Biography

Jacques Chappuis serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of PGIM, the investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. PGIM is a global asset manager overseeing $1.47 trillion in assets under management as of September 30, 2025. Chappuis brings over 25 years of experience in financial services to his role.

Prior to joining PGIM in 2025, Chappuis was co-head of Morgan Stanley Investment Management and a member of the Morgan Stanley Management Committee from 2024 to 2025.
