Jaclyn Kellon PhD serves as the Director of Global Policy for the Semiconductor Industry Association. In parallel, she holds the position of Foreign Affairs Officer within the U.S. Department of State's Office of Critical Technology Protection.

In her role at the U.S. Department of State, Dr. Kellon is instrumental in supporting the development of semiconductor technology policy.
