Jack Landman Goldsmith III is the Learned Hand Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where he writes extensively on international law, civil procedure, federal courts, conflict of laws, and national security law. He is also a non-resident Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and a co-founder of the Lawfare Blog, alongside Benjamin Wittes and Robert M. Chesney.
