Jack Altman is a prominent American businessman, entrepreneur, author, and venture capitalist. He currently serves as a General Partner with the venture capital firm Benchmark. Prior to this role, he founded and managed Alt Capital and Hydrazine Capital, the latter with his brother Sam. Altman's career also includes co-founding Lattice, a human resources software company, where he served as CEO until 2023, transitioning to Executive Chairman.
