Jacek Olczak is the Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris International (PMI), the world's largest publicly traded tobacco company. He assumed the CEO role in May 2021, becoming the first Pole to lead a global company. Olczak is recognized for his focus on delivering a smoke-free future and leading PMI's commercial transformation.

His extensive career at Philip Morris International began in 1993, when he joined the finance department of the Polish branch.
