Biography

Jacek Siewiera is a military scientist, medical doctor, and investor, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council since 2025. He is also a Professor at the Naval Academy. His work focuses on strategic prediction, transition, and implementation of future technologies across medicine, military science, and critical infrastructure. As a medical doctor, he is an expert in anaesthesiology and intensive therapy.
