Ivy Mix is an American bartender, entrepreneur, and author known for her contributions to the spirits and hospitality industry. She currently serves as the Chief Flavor Officer at Flyers Cocktail Co, a role she has held since 2021. Mix is also the co-owner of Whoopsie Daisy, a wine bar in Brooklyn, New York, which she opened in 2024, and Fiasco! Wine and Spirits, co-owned since 2021.
