Irakli Sirbiladze is a researcher and lecturer with a focus on the geopolitics, foreign policy, and democratisation processes of Georgia, the EU, and Eurasia. He serves as a Visiting Lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and is a GMF's ReThink.CEE Fellow for 2023 at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. His expertise encompasses international relations theory and policy consulting.
