Biography

Ingrid Vandenborre is a European Union and International Competition Law Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she leads the firm's European antitrust/competition practice. Her expertise encompasses EU and international merger control and competition law enforcement. She has significant experience with Article 101 and 102 issues, including cartel arrangements, vertical and competitive agreements, and alleged abuse of dominance.
