Imogen Richards is a Partner and Head of European Private Equity Primaries at Pantheon Ventures. She has held several roles at Pantheon Ventures, including Partner, and Global Head of Investment Structuring and Strategy. Prior to her tenure at Pantheon Ventures, she was an Associate in the private equity team at Anglo Irish Bank. She holds an MA in Natural Sciences.
