Ilana Eisenstein is a Partner and Chair of US Litigation for DLA Piper. In this role, she manages her clients' most significant, high-value, and complex disputes, which often include civil, criminal, administrative law, and regulatory components. She is also a member of DLA Piper's Executive and Policy Committees and formerly co-chaired the firm's Appellate Advocacy practice.

Before joining DLA Piper, Eisenstein dedicated 12 years to public service within the US Department of Justice.
