Igor Tulchinsky is the Founder, Chairman, CEO, and Head of Research and co-CIO of WorldQuant, a firm he established in 2007. Prior to founding WorldQuant, he spent 12 years as a statistical arbitrage portfolio manager at Millennium Management. He provides vision, leadership, and strategic and tactical guidance across WorldQuant, collaborating with researchers, portfolio managers, and technologists.
Tulchinsky has created several companies to extend his philosophy into new domains.
