Chris Hyams served as the former CEO of Indeed, where his work centered on helping people get jobs. He is also a founding Board of Directors member and spokesperson for the Guardrails Alliance.

Earlier in his career, Hyams founded and served as CEO of B-Side Entertainment. He also held a role at Trilogy, Inc. Currently, he is a Visiting Lecturer at Huston-Tillotson University and a Board Member at Divinc.
