Henson Orser is the Founder & CEO of Soter Insure. His career demonstrates extensive experience in leadership and financial services.

Prior to founding Soter Insure, Orser held significant roles at various financial institutions. He served as the Global Head Wholesale SRM at Nomura and also held a position at Komainu as a Next Generation Custodian. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director and Head of USD Rates Sales at RBS.
